The classic Sydney opera house is a 'must do' for anyone travelling to
Australia. Designed by Jorn Utzon a Danish architect, building started
in 1959 and was completed in 1973. Nestled in Sydney harbour just a few minutes
walk form Circular Quay and the harbour bridge this spectacular area is the
heart of Sydney bustling with commuters and tourists. When a large ship like
the QEII docks it positively overflows with people, the atmosphere is electric.
